Wesley Sneijder joins Qatari club Al-Gharafa from Nice
Sneijder signs 18-month City contract with a Qatari club
Wesley Sneijder has left French Ligue 1 side Nice to join Qatari club Al-Gharafa on an 18-month deal.
Sneidjer, who had only started four games for Nice this season in France, was allowed to move on to now ply his trade in the Qatar Stars League.
The former Real Madrid midfielder accepted an 18-month deal with the club who announced their high profile new signing on Twitter.

‘It’s a nice adventure and a fun challenge,’ Sneijder told RTL Boulevard.
‘I am really happy to go for it together with my family.’
He will join ex-Chile international Luis Jimenez and Slovakia’s Wladimir Weiss as the most recognisable players at the club.
