Sergio Aguero confirms he is fit for Manchester City’s clash against Leicester
The 29-year-old striker now fit and available for City’s clash against Leicester on Saturday
Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has confirmed he is fit and available for Saturday’s Premier League match at Leicester City, after fainting while playing for Argentina.
Aguero, 29, was taken to hospital after feeling dizzy at half-time during Argentina’s 4-2 friendly defeat by Nigeria in Russia on Tuesday.
He tweeted: “All the tests they run on me – just for caution – turn out well, so I’m set to go for Saturday’s match. C’mon, City!!”

The former Atletico Madrid striker suffered a dizzy spell in Krasnodar on Tuesday and could not feature for the second-half of the 4-2 loss.
“He fainted and was therefore transferred to carry out routine checks just as a precaution,” said Argentina’s official Twitter said after Tuesday night’s match.
