Head coach Joachim Low has included some notable names like captain Manuel Neuer, Reus, Jerome Boateng, Mats Hummels, Mesut Ozil and Thomas Muller, while DFB hero in 2014 Gotze has been dropped.

Meanwhile, starlets Julian Brandt, Leroy Sane, Joshua Kimmich, and Timo Werner have also been called up. The group must be whittled down to 23 by June 4, with the tournament starting on June 14.
